Preparation of municipal permit application filing packages (application forms, drawings, narratives, etc.) to permitting authorities such as:
- Conservation Commission
- Planning Board
- Zoning Board of Appeals
- Historic Commission
Most land design projects require permits issued by government (federal, state, regional, and/or municipal) authorities prior to approval and installation. We will prepare the necessary permit applications and presentations necessary to ensure project compliance and success. Permitting work is normally tackled during the initial phase of design and comprehensive plans. Forms. Documents and narratives are submitted in accordance with permitting authority requirements.
